Daily series for each buoy

This section covers the disponibility of all parameters, series, climatologies and daily anomalies.

Note: In the case of depth at 20°C, a positive anomaly (negative) means that the isotherm is more (less) deep than the climatologic value.

Vertical Profiles for each buoy

This section covers the profiles of temperature, salinity and density for each: disponibility, climatology and anomalies.

Note: the normalized anomalies are calculated when there are at least three years of data.

Space sections

The space sections are plotted with the normalized anomalies(by the daily standard deviation) of all the parameters. There are three: along the equator, along of 38°W (this section also contains the spot 0°N-35°W), and along of 10°W.

Note: The normalized anomalies are calculated when there are at least three years of data.

Atlantic TSM Dipole

The Atlantic Dipole is estimated by two ways with the normalized anomalies of TSM:
  • The diference between the anomalies of TSM from Reggae (15°N-38°W) and Gavotte (10°S-10°W) [View...]
  • The juxtaposition of the anomalies of TSM along 38°W-35°W and along 10°W [View...]
  • Superposition of the two representations of the dipole [View...]
